We want to thank Sir Grout for doing an amazing job on our new built house by sealing the floors and grout. Jorge and Courtney were quick, courteous, friendly and super professional in doing the initial survey and then arranging for the work to be done the next day - on a Sunday! The crew who came worked incredibly hard all day and did great work. We won't hesitate to use Sir Grout next time we need some work done!
Jorge did a thorough job of describing the steps that are involved in cleaning and restoring my shower. The grout in my shower had nasty and unsightly mold underneath the caulking which I could not clean using many types of cleaners. He explained why I shouldn't use typical bleach cleaners and the damage it does to the shower tiles and grout. I like the fact that they only use all natural substances that are not harmful to our health.
I have children and pets which the decision to use Sir Grout was a no brainer. Jorge is very knowledgeable and answers all the questions that I had in a timely manner. Great customer service is a must.

Jose did an excellent job. A friend had tried to do the job for us. He said he had very successfully reworked grout and caulking 14 other times. He worked on our shower for an hour or so and said it was a bigger problem than he could do. Sir Grout sent Jose. Jose was meticulous in his work. Our shower looks brand new now. Thank you!
