I have a large bathroom, with large floor tiles. The grout was crumbling in some areas and a few tiles were shifting when you walked on them. Had them come out and pull up the loose tiles, reset them, repair the grout where needed, and do a cosmetic touch-up to all of the grout. The price was reasonable, they were on time, got it done in one day as committed, and it looks great. So very happy right now.

I previously had work completed by the old owners of the company. It was difficult to get in contact with the old owners (possibly due to transitioning ownership) about an area of concern that they had repaired months ago. I hired Sir Grout to restore the grout and clean the tile in a master shower (see photos) with original, interesting Adobe brown tile. Ruben was the technician. He did a thorough job removing all the yucky black mold and white scale around the tile and bench. He then filled in all the gaps with fresh grout epoxy that matched the existing grout. He went above and beyond and fixed the sealant and grout around the glass shower door, too. I forgot to take "Before" pictures so it may be hard to appreciate the transformation in the "After" pictures in this post, but I am overall pleased with the outcome. I had been contemplating just tearing out the shower stall and decided to try grout restoration as a last ditch, more affordable option. I think it is worth a shot if you have functional but ugly/dirty bathrooms (but no rot or loose ties).
