Great company! We needed our outdoor patio travertine cleaned and sealed. We called Sir Grout, and they quoted a price significantly lower than others, set a date and Jose came out and did a great job! I highly recommend them. I'll be calling them soon to have them take care of our bathroom tiles.

I needed my bathroom cleaned. It was beginning to have signs of mold and calcium build up. Jorge, the owner, came out and looked at the shower, gave me a reasonable quote, and within a few days, they had a technician come out to perform the work. The technician arrived at 10 AM and finished around 2 PM. It is a family owned business, with quality service, and they care. Give them a shot if you are looking for a service.

I was in a pinch, having just closed on a new home, with furniture being delivered, without having the grout on our floors sealed. I called Sir Grout Houston and was met with professionalism and a customer first mentality. Courtney and Jorge were phenomenal. Jorge called me immediately and presented his services with a very well put together video. He was also able to give me a quote via video call (this was amazing) and was able to schedule a technician out to my house the next day. Nico was the technician and he was brilliant. He did what we all want from a service provider. He sent me a text with his ETA, arrived when he said he would and called when we arrived at my house. Hats off to the customer service these techs receive. He was very professional and skilled in his trade. The service was amazing from the jump and I will definitely be a return customer.
