The owner of this company Todd is awesome and a super nice person. After cleaning my grout I had a few concerns about an areas that didn't clean very well. He was more than happy to come out the very next day to address my concerns, which turn out to be not Sir Grout fault at all, and was due to the fact that when I had my ceramic tile installed the contractor used a different grout on one part of the floor than he did on the other. Todd went right into action and made that area look just like the rest of the grout his technician cleaned the day before.
