Excellent job/experience! Many thanks to Stephen Garrett and Chad! Steve and his partner arrived at the scheduled time. They were friendly and courteous. Steve explained the planned service procedures...encouraged our concerns and/or questions. The pair moved our heavy furniture & rugs with care. The pair completed a thorough cleaning/re-grouting/sealing as per contract. When completed, they walked through the work areas with us to make sure our requests were addressed. After 8 hours they returned all the heavy furnishings in place. We reviewed the paperwork...called it a day!

My wife and I are veterans/victims of home remodeling and restoration projects at the hands of "skilled designers, builders and sub-contractors". I contacted Sir Grout, with no prior knowledge of them, to see if they could do anything with our botched tile job, as we didn't want to go through the expense and mess of having 9 year old tile ripped up and replaced. We live in an 1887 home that is listed on the national registry of historic places and is a designated city landmark. The work they did looks better than the day it was installed.

The entire process start to finish was enlightening. They not only showed up in their company vans when they said they would and worked a full day, but they also came in on the budget and didn't try to pad the bill once they started. Todd, Steve, Kevin and Chad were all very pleasant to work with, not only that, they all spoke and understood English. I recommend them without reservation.

Combined with the painting we already had done, the bathroom looks like new. We probably saved about $15000 compared to demolishing and re-building the shower and tile floor.....including other work we would have had to do such as replacing the jacuzzi tub. This completed the makeover on our master bath and we are thrilled to have found Sir Grout. Kevin and Chad were fantastic, informative and pleasant to have in the house. There was minimal disruption to the household and we will be able to start using it again within a few days. Much better than a re-build for sure.

Kevin did a great job. He worked from 8am until about 6pm all by himself, never stopping. He cleaned our shower tile & grout and polished our marble entry floors. They both look better now than they did 25 years ago when we moved in. I will recommend Sir Grout to anyone and also use them again. Great job!

We used Sir Grout to restore the 1970s grout in our kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room and bar area. Kevin and Steve were prompt and got to work right away. They restored the grout color and sealed it. For the first time since we moved here, I am not embarrassed for people to come into my kitchen.

The project went smoothly and was completed within the period of time allowed for the project which was approx. 6 hours. Chad and Kevin worked very hard the entire time making sure every tile and grout line was immaculate. On completion, the floors appear just as they do in the Houston Offers magazine which is mailed out monthly. Chad and Kevin were very professional and gave outstanding service.
