I was in a pinch, having just closed on a new home, with furniture being delivered, without having the grout on our floors sealed. I called Sir Grout Houston and was met with professionalism and a customer first mentality. Courtney and Jorge were phenomenal. Jorge called me immediately and presented his services with a very well put together video. He was also able to give me a quote via video call (this was amazing) and was able to schedule a technician out to my house the next day. Nico was the technician and he was brilliant. He did what we all want from a service provider. He sent me a text with his ETA, arrived when he said he would and called when we arrived at my house. Reliable, honest and great value are but a few words to describe Sir Grout Houston. The owner, Jorge, was exceptionally detailed when describing the grout sealant and further detailed maintenance duties to keep my floors looking fabulous for years. No up sale gimmicks, which is a plus for those of us who recently moved into our homes and want to ensure the cleanliness and luster of the floors last through normal foot traffic. The price was reasonable and the customer service throughout was superb!

We want to thank Sir Grout for doing an amazing job on our new built house by sealing the floors and grout. Jorge and Courtney were quick, courteous, friendly and super professional in doing the initial survey and then arranging for the work to be done the next day - on a Sunday! The crew who came worked incredibly hard all day and did great work. We won't hesitate to use Sir Grout next time we need some work done!

Jorge did a thorough job of describing the steps that are involved in cleaning and restoring my shower. The grout in my shower had nasty and unsightly mold underneath the caulking which I could not clean using many types of cleaners. He explained why I shouldn't use typical bleach cleaners and the damage it does to the shower tiles and grout. I like the fact that they only use all natural substances that are not harmful to our health.

I have children and pets which the decision to use Sir Grout was a no brainer. Jorge is very knowledgeable and answers all the questions that I had in a timely manner. Great customer service is a must.
