Chat GPT my go to Support System, advised that Sir Grout Houston should be the company best suited and able to take care of the issue with the Shower area - discolored grout as well as some cracks in the grout. I called and Jason Hensgen: General Manager came to my house to see the problem and give me a quote. After we discussed the problem, I decided not to get other quotes and asked Jason to sign me up. A couple of weeks later Nico came to my house and repaired the problem areas. Angel came back a few days later and touched up some other areas. I am more than satisfied with the work and can definitely recommend this business. If they'll have me, I'd use them again.
Sir Grout Houston took care of cleaning and repairing grout in my shower. Nico and Angel met all my expectations for reliable and professional repair and future maintenance issues. Jason is very personable and explained what needed to be done when he came to my house to give me the quote for the job. I decided not to get any other quotes and I am very happy with the work they provided. I recommend them and would use their services again.
I had Sir Grout do two shower restorations at our home. Jose came to the house and I found him to be very professional, and knowledgeable as well as keeping me informed as to arrival time. I was pleased with the work, and the showers look better than they have in years. He did an outstanding job!
