We heard about Sir Grout through a family friend, and we are thoroughly impressed with their services. Our house is fairly new, but unfortunately feels like it was a rushed build, so we've had some problems with the tile in our main walk-in shower and needed to be re-caulked. Courtney came by to give us an affordable quote and was incredibly professional. The technician was kind and took his shoes off when entering our home. He wasn't too spooked by our two big dogs and was very quick. We highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone needing a revamp of any of their tiled surfaces!

I no longer cringe every time I look at my kitchen backsplash and powder room floor! Staining and sealing the grout has worked wonders! I love the stain colors that were suggested and then applied. The pH neutral cleaner that Sir Grout sells is great. I've been using it on my porcelain floor tiles the last 2 weeks. It cleans well and leaves no sticky residue. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was very detailed. Staining and sealing the grout was a great investment!

Courtney arrived on Tuesday to provide a quote to restore and epoxy the shower of our master bathroom. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. The quote arrived within hours after the appointment, and the work was scheduled for Thursday.

Before we called Sir Grout, I feared that we would have to replace the tile, but now... I cannot describe the feeling after the work was completed. No replacement necessary! The shower wows!
