Excellent company! We have a large two-shower head Master Shower that was having some grout/caulking issues. Based on other reviews, I called Sir Grout to explain the problem and set-up an estimate. Estimate was quickly scheduled and performed as scheduled. The Ops Manager that performed the estimate was thorough, totally knowledgeable of his product/service, and took as much time as necessary to thoroughly explain the issues and project plan to us. The Tech who performed the work was outstanding! Once again, he went over everything with us and did a meticulous job on the re-grout. Went out of his way to ensure that a grout issue left over from the initial house build was taken care of.
Sir Grout is very in-tune with COVID-19 safety precautions. They offered us a virtual estimate (we declined), came and worked masked, wore booties, minimized payment contact, etc. Overall, an excellent experience with Sir Grout.
