We had our shower cleaned and re-grouted, the marble floors restored in our master and foyer and the granite countertops refinished in kitchen and master bath. The floors have a great shine again and their product was given for maintenance. From start to finish we are very pleased with the results. Todd Wray came out to give the estimate and did a thorough examination of the condition of our areas. The technicians were very skilled and friendly. It was worth every cent and with the warranty I highly recommend for quality work, friendly service.

The owner of this company Todd is awesome and a super nice person. After cleaning my grout I had a few concerns about an areas that didn't clean very well. He was more than happy to come out the very next day to address my concerns, which turn out to be not Sir Grout fault at all, and was due to the fact that when I had my ceramic tile installed the contractor used a different grout on one part of the floor than he did on the other. Todd went right into action and made that area look just like the rest of the grout his technician cleaned the day before.

This company did a great job with several areas in our home. The shower grout in 3 bathrooms was an issue along with a small area of tile. The salesman was 100% attentive and honest. We really felt the most comfortable with their knowledge and recommendations but the price was a bit too much in comparison to other quotes. We let them know and they actually gave a 10% discount if we would make a decision that day. We accepted on the spot. We paid about a 12% premium to go w Sir Grout after the discount and couldn't be happier. They left additional material behind and trained us on the maintenance. Great company!
