From initial contact with Jason to the final finished work Sir Grout is top notch. The work done was nothing less than amazing. The tile looks brand new. Nico and Angel worked tirelessly for hours. I highly recommend Sir Grout!
They did a fabulous job! I can honestly say my patio never looked that good not even when it was first installed. I plan to use them again to do my walk in shower later.
We have marble on all our counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, Jose and Nichoe did an awesome job. Our counter tops are shiny again and beautiful, i may add. Jose also took the ugly mold and mildew out of my shower and made the floor look great again. In a few months, I will give another review to let you know if the mold and mildew comes back. They say they do a treatment that does not allow the grout to get wet so therefore, no mold or mildew. Again, I am excited about it all and will give another review in a few months. Thank you Sir Grout and Jose & Nichoe.
My whole experience was very professional and honest. Some of my damage was not repairable. Jose made every effort to repair but not possible. The estimate was adjusted fairly without controversy. I appreciate their honesty.
Our marble table looks fantastic! Nico did a great job. He thoroughly covered the area around the table with protective materials so that there was no trace of all the sanding and polishing. The surface of the table is much more reflective (previously it had a matte finish) and feels very smooth now. Our downstairs bathroom grouting was also repaired during the visit and it looks better than when we moved in!
The work was excellent. Nico was friendly, hard-working and professional, and he did beautiful work. I am very happy with the price, information, and results. Thank you!
Amazing, that is definitely what my floor look like to me! Angel did an excellent job, not only cleaning our floors, but also moving some furniture with such care! He was on time and communicating his status. Left every very clean and put furniture back. We can not say enough about this company. Aldo very reasonable. This was cheaper than replacing our tile. Thank you Sir Grout!
I had 3 showers done by Nico and Jose. My 15 year old showers look brand new they did an awesome job!
We had a great experience with Sir Grout. Jason was very thorough and professional with explaining what they were able to provide for us. Angel did amazing work transforming our 30+ year old shower. It's so nice now it's almost spa like and we can't wait to use it every day. It's definitely an investment cost wise but it was so worth it. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend them. Left my floors looking like new! Amazing job! And the warranty is a plus too. Thank you Jason for your help and Nico for the great work.
